Notice of Confidentiality and Data Protection
1. Scope of Platform Utilization
This platform is jointly operated and utilized by Alliance and سفراء الدار: من الجاهزية إلى الأثر (collectively referred to as the "Parties") for authorized operational, administrative, and collaborative purposes. Access to and use of this platform are strictly governed by agreed-upon operational policies, mutual agreements, and data governance standards.
2. Confidentiality of Participant Information
All information, records, personal data, communications, and documentation concerning participants—including but not limited to personal identifiable information (PII), contact details, registration records, activity logs, and submitted materials uploaded, processed, or stored within this platform—are strictly confidential.
3. Non-Disclosure and Restricted Access
Neither Alliance nor سفراء الدار: من الجاهزية إلى الأثر, nor any of their respective employee representatives, contractors, or authorized agents, shall disclose, share, publish, or transfer any participant information to any unauthorized third party without prior explicit written consent, except where strictly required by applicable law or regulatory authorities. Access to participant data is restricted solely to authorized personnel on a strict "need-to-know" basis to fulfill platform operations.
4. Data Security & Governance
Both Parties commit to maintaining appropriate technical, operational, and organizational security measures to protect all participant data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or accidental loss.
